DEEP ECOLOGY AND THE CONSERVATION OF NATURE

John Seed has been working for the protection of rainforests since 1979 and has written and lectured extensively on the philosophy of deep ecology. Using poetry and music as well as the spoken word, Seed will take us on an empowering journey which will be followed by Wetlands Activism Collective footage from recent forest campaign protests, reports and what we can do to help with other forest issues (Kimberly-Clark, Rainforest Foundation's Aracruz thing in Brazil, Peru/Columbia free trade agreements, etc) from local forest activists.
