NEIL MURRAY

Neil is most famous for his involvement in the famous Warumpi Band. As a solo artist Neil has also produced some amazing work. He has just released a new solo album and will be touring throughout early 2000 both solo and with the Warumpi Band. The song that is on Red Hot Green Black is the haunting Spirit off his last album. In particular the chanting chorus is quite chilling and like so much of his work captures the spirit of outback Australia. Neil has been closely involved in the movement for reconciliation and played at the hugely successful Corroboree 2000.
